I’ve know Trevor through the gym for years & decided I needed some hands on PT to rehab from running injuries I’ve been suffering since 2017. Been working together for 6 months or so & the last 2 months have been my most consistent yet. He’s been brilliant. Always on hand for advice on anything fitness/nutrition related. I ran 2 races in the whole of last year resulting in injury. This month I’ve run 3 with a PB in 5k for first time since 2017. Cheers Trevor you deserve a lot of credit for this come back!
